Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

During the 2019-2020 school year, the Museum of History and Holocaust Education will be open on select Saturdays, 10:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a guided tour at 1:00 pm. Themed tours will be featured each month and are appropriate for all ages. See below for dates and tour themes:

Spring Semester 2020

  • February 1: Tuskegee Airmen’s Double Victory Fight for Freedom – Learn how the Tuskegee Airmen overcame obstacles to win victory at home and abroad. Includes an exhibit investigation activity for children.

  • March 7: Beyond Rosie – Discovery the ways women contributed during World War II. Includes an artifact investigation for children.

  • April 4: Spies, Sleuths, and Espionage - Learn about war time espionage during the Holocaust and World War II. Includes an alias activity for children.

  • May 2: We Heard it on the Radio - Explore society and culture during the 1940s and learn how WWII transformed America.  Includes a home front activity for children.

  • June 6: Remembering Anne Frank - Celebrate the legacy of Anne Frank during her birthday month. Includes a journaling activity for children. 

The MHHE is closed on all other Saturdays, every Sunday, and during Kennesaw State University breaks and holidays. Please see the KSU calendar for details.

Parking at the KSU Center is free of charge.

Directions

The Museum of History and Holocaust Education is housed in the Kennesaw State University Center, conveniently located just off of KSU's main campus. Click here for Google Map directions.

Directions from I-75 Northbound 
Take I-75N to Exit 271 (Chastain Road). 
Turn right onto Chastain Road. 
Turn right onto Busbee Drive, NW. 
The KSU Center is located 1/8 mile on your right. 
Enter the building through the East Entrance.

Directions From I-75 Southbound 
Take I-75S to Exit 271 (Chastain Road). 
Turn left onto Chastain Road. 
Turn right onto Busbee Drive, NW. 
The KSU Center is located 1/8 mile on your right. 
Enter the building through the East Entrance.

Directions from Cobb Parkway (US-41) 
Turn east on McCollum Parkway, and continue on as it becomes Chastain Road. At the eighth intersection, after crossing over I-75, turn right on Busbee Drive. The KSU Center is located 1/8 mile on your right. Enter the building through the East Entrance.
