Frequently Asked Questions:
If this is taking place online, why do I need to register?
Two reasons: First, so we can share participation with the folks who help us keep these programs free & accessible! Second, because our live, online space has a limited participation allowance (for now).
What is a Digital Homeschool Day?
One month prior to the Digital Homeschool Day, registrants will receive a link and password for three online lessons connected to the topic for the month. These lessons are 30 minutes each. Throughout the month, student participants can work on/view the lessons at their leisure. On the designated Digital Homeschool Day, members of the Education Team will facilitate an hour-long (live) session (with games, Q&A, etc.) to recap the activities.
What do I need to participate?
A device (computer, tablet, phone), Internet access, and Zoom (free software/app).
Who can participate?
All activities are designed for home-school students ages 9+. We are happy to digitally host home-school families from near and far!
