Fall Teacher Workshop

Kennesaw State University Bagwell College of Education, the University of North Georgia College of Education, and the Museum of History and Holocaust Education at Kennesaw State University in cooperation with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, present a half-day professional development workshop that will provide teachers and pre-service teachers with resources and pedagogical approaches to teach about the Holocaust in a virtual format.

  • Due to Covid-19, this year's workshop will be fully online.
  • The workshop is free of charge and open to education students in Georgia along with 5-12th grade Georgia teachers at public or private institutions.
  • Participants will receive free books and resources from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum for participation.
  • A Holocaust survivor, Hershel Greenblat, will be our keynote speaker
