The MHHE and The Center for Civil and Human Rights regularly hosts four-part conversation programs for cohorts of high school students focused on issues of human rights and social justice. During the sessions, participants discuss and learn content about the particular experiences of children and youth in times of historic social trauma and in sweeping social movements.

This series aims to increase your awareness of the ways that children are vulnerable in present-day cases of human rights abuses and the ways that young people are being included in advocacy initiatives. Museum staff and other experts will guide you throughout with the ultimate goal that by the end of the program you will build a commitment to action and become more comfortable acting as a leader for change in your communities.

The series takes place at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights (100 Ivan Allen Jr Boulevard Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30313) and the Museum of History and Holocaust Education.
